Summary:

VBQUESTVisual Blur QUality Evaluation SofTware is an application for evaluating existing blur metrics. It provides a rich set of tools for blur metrics evaluation, test content generation, correlation analysis, and subjective score analysis. For documentation. help, and more details about VBQUEST, please refer to the index.html file in the help folder which comes with the VBQUEST Software Package.
